Where processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

Collection of personal data when visiting our website

For purely informational use of the website, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server, technically required for display, stability and security:

  • Your IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Content of the request (specific page)
  • Access status / HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Website from which the request originates
  • Operating system and browser

This data is not stored together with other personal data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Chat Assistant (Concrete)

Our website offers a chat assistant that lets you ask questions or request an order (among other things via the "Order Form" link in the footer). This service is technically provided by Concrete App GmbH, Hochdorf, Switzerland, and embedded via a script (embed.js).

The script is only loaded once you actively open the chat or request the order form. If you open the chat or send a message, the content you enter as well as technical data (e.g. IP address, browser information) is transmitted to Concrete and processed there in order to provide you with the chat and respond to your request. Further information can be found in Concrete's own privacy policy. The legal basis for this use is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing this feature, which you trigger yourself by actively opening the chat.

Data security

We protect our website and other systems through technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, alteration or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons. The website uses the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for encryption.

Questions about data protection
