Thanks to their excellent hygroscopic properties, clay bricks can quickly absorb excess moisture and release it again as levels drop. Humidity is kept at a constant level without condensation, and musty odours are absorbed.

As a pure natural product made of fired clay, the brick has a naturally antiseptic and fungicidal effect on the microclimate, among other things due to its lime content.
